GETTING TO KNOW YOU is a welfare initiative, which uses ‘mentoring’ to ease the transition into secondary school. Most importantly, mentoring bridges the gap between pastoral care and academic support and thus, promotes the interests of our students. Arthur Phillip HS currently has an existing partnership with the NRL Parramatta Eels. This partnership provides our students the ability to focus on building individual and collective wellbeing through a climate of care and positivity. Students in years 7 & 8 participate in a lesson of G.T.K.U once a fortnight.
